Clear communication should be understandable for every patient. Tempo Booking makes it possible to manage message templates per language without creating a separate workflow for each channel.
The same message, appropriately translated
You manage one set of translations for each message type. Dynamic appointment details, such as service, date and time, are then added consistently in every language.
The patient's preferred language determines which version is prepared. If a translation is missing, your practice's default language remains available as a safe fallback.
Review and update centrally
When opening hours, location instructions or contact details change, you update the central template. Your team does not need to repeat the same change across separate documents.
A preview shows how the message will look with appointment details before you activate it.
Write briefly and clearly
A useful message supports the patient without unnecessary detail. Include at least:
- the appointment date, time and location;
- the most important preparation;
- how to change or cancel the appointment;
- where the patient can ask a question.
