Reminders now follow the appointment status

Confirmations, changes and reminders clearly follow the same current appointment.

Patients need the right information at the right moment. Status-driven communication keeps every confirmation and reminder linked to the current appointment.

From booking to rescheduling

After a confirmed booking, the patient receives a message with the current service, date and time. You can add fixed information, such as location instructions or preparation, to the template yourself. If the appointment moves, subsequent communication automatically uses the updated date and time.

When an appointment is cancelled, the planned reminder for the old time stops. This prevents confusing messages and unnecessary calls to the practice.

Your team stays in control

For each message type, your practice decides which wording and channel to use. The communication overview shows which messages are scheduled and which have already been sent.

The appointment remains the central source, so employees do not need to track changes in separate lists or reminders.

A recognisable message for patients

Keep text concise and always state the next action. For example, explain where the patient should report, what to bring and how to change an appointment in time.

A consistent writing style makes messages recognisable and reduces the chance of important information being missed.
