The right message at the right time
A new booking, change and cancellation each have their own communication moment. Tempo Booking uses the current patient name, service, date, time and practice name.
When an appointment is cancelled, no reminder should remain for the old time. This prevents conflicting messages and unnecessary calls.
Multilingual with a controlled fallback
The patient's language preference is optional. Without an explicit preference, Tempo Booking uses the practice default language.
If a requested variant is incomplete, the complete practice-language version is used. The requested and resolved languages remain distinguishable.
