One service definition for the entire appointment flow
The configured duration determines how much space an appointment needs. Its name, description, price and colour give employees a recognisable basis when planning and finding treatments.
If a service is temporarily unavailable, you can make it inactive. Existing appointment data remains intact while the service is no longer offered as a new choice.
Offer only valid combinations
Each care provider is assigned only the services they perform within the practice. Every work block then specifies which of those permitted services can be booked at that time.
Tempo Booking uses those connections in the calendar and public booking flow, preventing a treatment time from appearing for a provider who cannot deliver it there.
