A schedule you can trust
- Practice hours always form the outer boundary
- Work blocks define when a provider is available
- Absences and closures immediately remove times from the offer
- Only show services allowed within the matching work block
Availability in three layers
Practice hours
Define when the location is open and record exceptional closures.
Work blocks
Set recurring provider availability and permitted services.
Exceptions
Handle absences or temporary replacement schedules without deleting the base schedule.
From opening hours to a bookable time
Tempo Booking first checks whether the practice is open and then whether the selected provider has a matching work block. The full service duration must fit inside that available block.
Existing requests and confirmed appointments reserve capacity, so the same time cannot be offered twice.
Exceptions without duplicate administration
A holiday, training day or exceptional opening is recorded as a deviation from the normal pattern. The recurring schedule stays intact and becomes active again after the exception.
Your team can understand why a time is unavailable without reconstructing capacity from separate calendars or lists.
